Not much can top Kanda true... But he's a thirteen year old who nailed someone's (who later became a friend of his, go figure) hand to the ground. So, he's a bit more physically sadistic, even when unprovoked. (He likes for people to show him their "pain" and ask what it's like because he can't feel pain.)
