I hate to do this, but I'm dropping Pascal dreamfandom. She's not the best character for getting CR, and I want to keep to three characters to avoid being overloaded while abroad. Estelle and Naoto are staying, though.

Notes:

• Activity check over. The September AC has come to an end, so please refer to the AC Results to see who got cut and who's on the strike list. If you're on the strike list, be sure to make this month's AC!
  
  
• Applications Open! Applications are now open! They will run through October 10, 11:59PM CST.
  
  
• No more special dreams. The powerful dreams the characters had last month are now over. Even if they try, nothing will appear. So everyone who commented on the original dream compilation post should have their building and that's it. If you have not had a chance to post that dream yet, that's okay! You can go ahead and assume that the structure exists and backdate the dream later. But it needs to be backdated—it won't work in present time.
  
  
• Home Sweet...Home?. By now everyone has had a chance to settle back into Somarium, but things are still not quite the same. For one, everyone should have noticed the lack of barrier, which has in turned removed all sense of security. Without it, the chances of something from the desert moving in are pretty high. Perhaps a few sightings of large shark dorsal fins appearing outside the city might cause some alarms... But don't worry. Those sand sharks are still staying a considerable distance away. But it doesn't remove that sense of a predator stalking its prey...
  
  Another change is the random weather. Just like last week, it's completely random and sporadic. Everyone should play close attention to the weather indicator on their Dreamberries if they don't want to be caught in a sudden storm—snow or rain.
  
  And of course, the different locations. While Somarium retained most of its usual buildings, some have been changed. Some were either completely removed or just renovated. There are also new buildings that were created as a byproduct of the dreams from last month. Has everyone found their new homes yet?
  
  
• Update your residence! As mentioned above, some, and by which we mean most, of the original residences have been changed or altered, either because of the general rebuilding or because of the dreams. So we've basically gutted and emptied the Residence directory as there would be so many changes to it. To note, we've removed everyone from their previous residence (hence all the "VACANT"s) and removed all custom places, even ones we knew would remain. Thus the only things left are the default residences that the game offered, some of which were also downsized (because let's face it, some of those huge apartments were pretty empty). This is going to displace characters, and we apologize for that. But we felt this change was needed and this was the best opportunity for it. If your character was in an apartment that was heavily downsized, they will need to change from their original apartment.
  
  So, everyone needs to comment to the Residence directory if you want your character listed in certain housing. This isn't mandatory and completely optional, but if you like knowing where exactly your character lives, this is the place and time to do it! Those who had the custom houses from the dreams are also highly encouraged to comment there.
  
  As the page is still going to be revamped, we are currently using this spreadsheet that will have an up-to-date listing of everyone until we get everything finalized on that page. It's one of the reasons why this is taking so long. If you need a refresher on where your character used to live, refer to this post. It's a direct c/p of the page before it got wiped.

We had already implemented a few of the confirmed changes for the Activity Check in the previous check, most of which how we will start counting certain entries and other issues we found over the past few months, some even years. But for the record, here is the previous mod post about it and a rehash of what to keep in mind for October if you were still confused/missed it.

I am back home now for those of you who have spoken with Tarrance. Due to a sudden departure, to return home to Tullamore, I am afraid that I did not get a chance to provide a warning and have lost most of the threads that I was tagging with Robin. If you would like to continue one of them let me know, and if you could give me a link it would be helpful. Thank you for being patient with me while I have been away I will attempt to make up for the time that I have been inactive and tag those who would like to continue our threads.
