Cars that run off of fusion power that go well over 300 miles per hour. Laser weapons. Collapsible staffs with chainsaw-like blades that can cut through solid metal like a hot knife through butter. Plus holo-screens like the pic with Chuck. They even have cyborgs!

Motorcity itself is the Detroit we know only it's crumbling, dirty, and covered by a large dome on top of which its Detroit Deluxe. It's generally pretty dark down there with only patches of sunlight. Most of it's lit by neon and other artificial lighting. Loads of gangs down there, too.
