After re-reading, I apparently came to that conclusion from this wording in the event post:
"Meet new faces. The individuals that end up together are going to be surprised for a lot of reasons, one of them being that they will likely not recognize the other person."
they later explain a few tags together could still qualify, but I went with the complete stranger/wouldn't recognize said person angle. /always really interested by the number of ways things can be interpreted.
I do hope another opportunity comes up, I am really enjoying plotting these dreams! That would be really cool.
