hey guys! shannon here. i've been on hiatus for...almost a month now but i'm slowly but surely getting back into the game!

and lo and behold, i'm bringing another character here. this is hei, from darker than black!

...but being the slightly paranoid and secretive person that he is, he most likely won't be going by that name as often here. his alias is li shengshun, which he'll be more comfortable to give people unless he feels the need to give someone his real name.

and then every now and then he'll probably don a mask and his trench coat and electrocute some people. y'know, if he feels the need to.
