Hey, Somarium, this is Nea aka that player who's going to speed up tagging with Madoka Kaname herwish even more from now on, bringing in a second character... Who is also a cheerful magical girl, who believes in hope. Yes, you can definitely see a theme here, except she's older than Madoka but still acts like an immature brat sometimes.
This is Usagi Tsukino from the manga verse of Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon. She also happens to be the main character and she can transform into Eternal Sailor Moon... Not that most of your characters know it unless they see her transform right in front of them. It's some mysterious magic where no one can recognize the Sailor Guardians unless they do that, not even if you've spent time with Usagi and Sailor Moon. Of course you could also fourth wall her, it's even canon in some series to know SM.
She comes from near the end of the manga, end of Stars 9 / chapter 51... So she might be surprisingly calm at first. Aren't you lucky, Somarium? Now, if you know Sailor Cosmos, then you might be familiar with the loves everyone thing. Usagi loves everyone too, as stated near her canon point. But unlike Cosmos who likely won't fight, Sailor Moon will put up one hell of a fight if she needs to. Actually, Usagi is good at getting into all kind of little fights /arguments /whatever about all the little things too. Buuuut she's generally a friendly and cheerful person, who will keep you company if you're lonely. Loneliness is a bad thing, okay? Yes.
As for her powers, please kick me back to reality if I ever seem too overpowered with her!? Our lovely mods let me keep all of her powers with a note about that, and I haven't played a character with huge powers for such a long time... Usually I make them appear too weak though, that's not good either. I'll try to find a good balance with her, yes, but seriously kick me if something is too much.
Also, this is my first time playing Usagi even though I've wanted to play her for a year or more by now... I hope I'll do this guardian of Love and Justice some... justice! Long story short, I met Jax and she kicked me to read the rest of SM manga, and now I'm here with this girl. XD /blames all the excitement and 5-ish hours of sleep for all this rambling.
