PHEW! Hey guys! I'm finally back. Really sorry for that extended absence. @_@ My cosplay group put together something we're really proud of for this year's FanimeCon though, so if any of you would like to see what we did, you can check out the final product here:

For those of you familiar with Kuroshitsuji, I'm the one cosplaying as Beast.

Now that that's over, I'm ready to jump back in, full force! I'm skimming the OOC page, but seeing as Ciel has been asleep this whole time, is there anything major he should notice immediately upon waking up?

Wow, you guys were amazing! Did you win in any categories?

I wish I had time to see the Masquerade this year, but I was stuck at my Artist Alley booth all weekend 8(

Thank you! One of the girls in our group won the Design Award for the work she did on 4 of the 8 costumes in the skit, and another won the best Individual Advanced Craftsmanship. We were all disappointed though, we had hoped for a performance award, since that is always our focus... even more disappointing since we were beat out for Best in show by another Kuroshitusji Circus skit (what are the odds, right?)

Even so, we're really proud of this skit. @_@ you can see why it required a month-long hiatus. I did about half the work on that tent, made the tiger head by myself, and also helped with various other pieces.

The performance was wonderful and it's too bad you didn't win, but at least you didn't go home empty-handed. My cosplay group was never this organized when we did Masquerade, so I am still very impressed!
