As we mentioned in our recent Moon Cycle, the water park is hosting a large scale water gun/balloon war event. Everyone is invited! If characters have yet to pick up some of the random water guns/balloons that are still out there, the water park will provide. This will happen on Thursday, June 28.This is basically how the event will work: - One log! We'll post the log for the event with appropriate sub-threads and directions.
- Colored water. The water is made of special dyed water that will stay on the character. It's like paintball, only with much less pain. It will also wash right off, so no worries about stains! In addition, the water has some special dream energy incorporated in it which will signal the scorekeepers who got hit.
- Goal. Dominant color wins. No flags or bases to capture, just plain soaking. Each time a character is hit, the team gets a point. The prize? Bragging rights. It's all for fun guys!
- Scoring? To make it simpler there won't be an official scoreboard, but if you guys want us to we can make a post and everyone would have to tag whenever they got hit. Otherwise, we'll just flip a coin to see who wins.
This sign-up will last until 11:59PM Tuesday and we'll post the results Wednesday. To sign up, just comment to this post. We'll randomly place everyone in teams as that would be how it would be done by the water park. |

Hey guys, just wanted to announce that we have posted the crossover plotting post! It can be found here! Please direct all questions and all plotting in that post. There's a form in there all participants will need to fill out and that's where the playerbase from both games can gather and plot together. In addition, there was a slight snafu when it came to the dates. The crossover event will be from Saturday, April 28 until Sunday, April 29. We originally listed it as Friday, but this shouldn't cause too much problems. Backtagging will definitely be allowed. Remember, this portion of the upcoming event is optional! Otherwise, hit that post and make with the plotting! |

Okay guys, we're getting close to the AU event! Details of the original proposal can be read here, but here's a brief refresher for those of you who may have forgotten or recently joined. We are doing a game cross over event with vatheon but it's a two part event. The whole event will run during the week of the full moon—Sunday, April 22 thru Monday April 30. On the whole we are taking Vatheon's setting and incorporating it into our event. However Part 1 is only a setting change. No character crossovers happen at this time. The only characters involved are Somarium's. Part 2 is when both game characters can meet and interact. This occurs from April 27 thru April 29. Those three days are the only times characters from both games meet. Otherwise, for the bulk of the event the only thing from Vatheon is the premise. With some tweaks, of course. This plot post is only for Part 1. The plotting post for Part 2 will go up later this week and will allow players from both games to plot with one another. That post will also include additional details as to how the crossover will work. Note: Unfortunately there is no opt-out option for the main portion of the event. The actual character crossover is optional, but the main part, Part 1, is not. All characters will find themselves in the altered setting. ( under da sea~ ) |

In case you're wondering why this isn't being posted with the mod journal, it's because there is a poll and only paid accounts are capable of creating polls. This is still very much an official mod post, so please read! All right guys, we have some really big news! So big, it's crossing over the RP universe itself. As many of you know, every year we have some kind of AU event around the month of April. This year will be no exception, but we're thinking about going deeper to the next level. That level being underwater. ( Somatheon: The New Frontier )Oh, and by the way, this is not an April Fool's joke. We are completely serious about this event. The announcement just happened to be timed on the first of April and we need to know ASAP how the playerbase feels. Thanks, guys! |

Sorry for the delay, but we have our initial groups selected. Under their respective cuts is the group list and some brief information about what they're going to do first. ICly, the chosen characters will receive a message on their Dreamberry today, Tuesday March 6, with a message as indicated in their respective group sections. Characters are free to go ahead and meet with one another prior to the actual designated meet up and can also ask questions over the network about the messages. After that, how and the groups proceed to act will be up to you. You can use this post or use the Player Contact to gather everyone to discuss. As a side note, we can still add one or two more people into the lab research section, so if you're still interested, you can still volunteer. ( Group 1: Portal Repair )( Group 2: Lab Research )( Group 3: Explorers )----------------------------- That should be it. We realize this is hitting right in the middle of an app cycle and some new applicants may want to participate. We should be able to work any potential interested parties in for the Portal Repair and the Lab Research groups, but the Explorers group is locked in to the designated group members. If you have any questions, comment to the Questions thread. |

Okay guys, here's the basic low down for everyone who signed up for Option 1. Hopefully we got everyone, but if we missed you, you're free to join in whichever group you'd like to be. In short, during the circus show finale, the following people will suddenly drop from their seats and down into three different tunnels. Each one will lead to a specific location as described below. The groups will have a separated designated post for everyone below to tag into. The post will go up sometime tonight. If you're wondering how your character ended up at the circus, the gypsies will be more than happy to force and drag them into it. Otherwise, you are free to back out and we'll grab you again for the next portion of this plot. There IS a follow-up which others who were unable to participate in this portion can partake in. Now for the groups! ( Cut for groups ) |

Hello, Sommunists! It's been a while since our last organization post, and there's been a bit of shuffling around since then. I believe this list to be more or less accurate, but if there are any errors at all, please point them out so that the list can be updated. If you'd like to have your character join any part of the police force or legal system, including things not mentioned (such as forensics, fire department, EMTs, etc.), just comment here or contact me some other way to discuss things! Legal System:- Chief Prosecutor Miles Edgeworth
- Associate Justice Yuri Petrov
- Administrative Coordinator Matthew Williams (Canada)
- Secretary Intern Kay Faraday
Police Department:- Inspector Lestrudel (NPC)
- Detective Noel Vermilion
- Detective Harry Potter
- Detective Elliot Nightray
- Detective Death the Kid
- Officer Barnaby Brooks Jr.
- Officer Shane Walsh
SWAT Team:- Commander Jenkins (NPC)
- Private Liquid Snake
- Private Jade Curtiss
- Private Train Heartnet
- Private Omi Tsukiyono
As a general reminder, Somarium is a busy city with millions of NPC residents and, of course, many NPC officers and detectives and whatnot. All of the above categories are comprised mainly of Somarium natives. With Javert and Snake gone, their positions have been taken over temporarily until someone ICly gets enough promotions to be able to take over. Inspector Lestrudel isn't as stern as Javert was, and can often be found at his desk at police headquarters, enjoying donuts and coffee. Commander Jenkins, on the other hand, is a bit more of a stickler for rules than Snake was. Those working in close proximity with the prosecutors will also notice that instances of officers being literally whipped have reduced drastically (to zero). |
